KAOLIN
 Definition

Kaolin is a mineral that belongs to the family of aluminosilicates. It is sometimes called as “China Clay”, and the reason behind it is that it was first discovered at Kao-Lin, in China.

Kaolin refers to the group of very similar clay minerals lead by kaolinite, and obtained mainly from the alteration of alkali feldspar and micas.

 Usage

Kaolin is mostly used in industrial processes as a filter. People also combine Kaolin with other raw materials in a large selection of usages.

One of its main usages is in the production of white cement. Our Kaolin quality is most suitable for this production and we have been shippers and sellers of it to white cement factories on regular basis since 30 years.
